Grilled Tarragon Tuna Salad

- Combine salad dressing and tarragon. Spoon 2 tablespoons dressing over tuna steaks. Grill over medium-high coals 2 minutes per side, or until tuna is seared on the outside, but still very pink in center (do not overcook or tuna will be tough).
- Combine salad greens, tomatoes, bell pepper strips and 1 cup cheese in large bowl. Add remaining dressing mixture; toss well. Transfer to serving plates; top with tuna and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve with pepper.
