San Francisco Crab Melts
Ingredients
- 12 oz. canned crabmeat, drained
- 2 Tbsp. light or regular mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
- 4 sourdough English muffins, split and lightly toasted
- 8 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced BurgerCheese®
Directions
- Combine crabmeat, mayonnaise and green onion in large bowl. Spread mixture over toasted English muffin halves; top with cheese.
- Place under preheated broiler 5 inches from heat source 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
