San Francisco Crab Melts

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. canned crabmeat, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. light or regular mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
  • 4 sourdough English muffins, split and lightly toasted
  • 8 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced BurgerCheese®

Directions

  1. Combine crabmeat, mayonnaise and green onion in large bowl. Spread mixture over toasted English muffin halves; top with cheese.
  2. Place under preheated broiler 5 inches from heat source 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
