Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 yellow or red bell pepper, cut into short, thin strips
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) fat-free or light Ranch salad dressing
- 8 oz. grilled or roasted skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Directions
- Combine salad greens, tomatoes and bell pepper. Add dressing; toss well.
- Divide among four serving plates. Slice chicken and arrange over salads. Top with cheese; serve with pepper, if desired.
