Mediterranean Broiled Fish
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (1 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Sargento® Artisan Blends™ Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onions
- 5 pitted black olives (optional)
- 4 fillets (5 oz. each) red snapper or sole
- Paprika
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, garlic and olives, if desired, in small bowl.
- Preheat broiler. Place fillets on broiler pan sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray. Sprinkle fish with paprika. Broil 5 minutes or until fish begins to flake with a fork. Divide cheese mixture and spread evenly over each fillet. Broil 2 minutes more or until topping puffs and cheese is melted.
