Tricia's Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeeze dry
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cups (16 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided
- Pita bread, bagel chips or tortilla chips
Directions
- Combine spinach, tomatoes, mayonnaise and sour cream in large bowl; mix well. Stir in 3 cups cheese.
- Transfer mixture to 10-inch deep-dish pie plate or quiche dish; top with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Serve with pita bread, bagel or tortilla chips.
