Easy Cheese Wheels
Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner roll dough
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
Directions
- Unroll dough onto lightly floured surface and press all the seams together. Roll dough with flour-covered rolling pin into a 12x8-inch rectangle.
- Spread mustard evenly over dough. Top with cheese and pat lightly with palm. Starting with long end, tightly roll up and pinch to seal long edge. Cut dough crosswise into 3/4-inch thick rounds and place onto lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated 375°F oven 10 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Serve immediately.
