Cape Cod Tuna Melts

Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 3 Tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 2 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted
  • 4 slices Sargento® Limited Edition Deli Style Sliced Vermont Sharp White Cheddar Cheese or Deli Style Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Combine tuna, cranberries and mayonnaise. Spread mixture over toast; top with cheese, overlapping as necessary to cover filling and edges of toast.
  2. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil 5 inches from heat in a preheated broiler or toaster oven 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are hot.
