Ranch Taco Chicken Salad with Chipotle Cheddar Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Mexican seasoning
- 8 oz. salsa
- 8 oz. ranch salad dressing
- 1 lb. salad greens
- 1/2 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Bistro® Blends Shredded Chipotle Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Season chicken with Mexican seasoning and cook in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat, stirring frequently, for 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Combine salsa and ranch dressing.
- Top greens with dressing, chicken, chips and cheese.
