Light & Sassy Salsa Tuna Melt
Ingredients
- 1 can (3 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked*
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or thinly sliced green onion
- 2 Tbsp. salsa
- 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 English muffin (whole grain or sourdough), split, lightly toasted
- 2 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese
Directions
- Combine tuna, cilantro, salsa and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Place English muffin halves on a small baking sheet. Top with tuna mixture and cheese. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven or toaster oven just until cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
