Light & Sassy Salsa Tuna Melt

  1. Combine tuna, cilantro, salsa and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Place English muffin halves on a small baking sheet. Top with tuna mixture and cheese. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven or toaster oven just until cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
