Old-Mexico Style Shrimp
Ingredients
- 18 oz. frozen, peeled, deveined, uncooked shrimp, thawed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican Cheese
Directions
- Cook shrimp and garlic in oil in large skillet 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque. Stir in salsa; remove from heat. Stir in cilantro.
- Divide shrimp mixture among 4 ovenproof dishes; sprinkle with cheese. Place under preheated broiler 5 inches from heat source 2 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
