Two Cheese Pesto Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1-1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. (1/2 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends™ Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Assorted fresh vegetables

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, walnuts, garlic, basil, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  2. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
