Crispy Cheesy Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (2-1/2 lbs.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut into serving pieces
Directions
- Combine cheese and bread crumbs in shallow dish. Brush each piece of chicken with butter. Coat each piece thoroughly with cheese-crumb mixture.
- Place chicken in lightly greased, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with any remaining cheese-crumb mixture. Bake uncovered in preheated 350°F oven 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
