Mexican Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium red delicious apples, diced
- 1-1/2 cups red or green seedless grapes
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- Red leaf lettuce leaves (optional)
Directions
- Combine kiwi, apples, grapes and cheese in large bowl.
- Combine honey and lime juice. Toss gently with fruit mixture. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
