Tuscan Chicken and Three Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 12 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary or oregano, crushed
  • 1 16 oz. (12-inch) Italian bread shell or prepared pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup prepared pesto sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Pizza Double Cheese®, divided
  • 3 Tbsp. green onion slices
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends™ Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, peppers and rosemary; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat.
  2. Line large baking sheet with foil. Place bread shell on baking sheet; spread evenly with pesto sauce; sprinkle with 3/4 cup Pizza Double cheese. Arrange chicken mixture over cheese; top with remaining Pizza Double Cheese, green onions and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and light golden brown. Cut into wedges to serve.
