Quick Cheese Date Nut Scones

Ingredients

Honey Butter:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Directions

  1. Cut butter into baking mix with pastry blender until mixture is the size of small peas. Stir in cheese, dates and walnuts. Add yogurt; mix well.
  2. Place dough onto greased baking sheet. Pat dough into 9-inch circle with floured hands. Bake in preheated 425°F oven 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes; cut into wedges. Serve warm with honey butter.
  3. For Honey Butter, combine butter and honey . Beat with fork until light and fluffy.
