Apple Pie Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz.) apple pie filling
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican Cheese, divided
Directions
- Combine apple pie filling, raisins and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.
- Coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Place one tortilla in skilllet; top with 2 tablespoons cheese and 1/4 cup pie filling. Cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bottom of tortilla is golden brown. Fold tortilla in half with spatula and transfer to foil-lined baking sheet. Repeat until 8 quesadillas are made.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over tops of quesadillas. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
