Italian Antipasto Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
- 1 cup rinsed, drained, canned garbanzo beans
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, cut into thin wedges
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin rings or short thin strips
- 3 oz. sliced deli turkey breast or ham, cut into 1-1/2 inch strips
- 1-3/4 cups (7 oz.) Sargento® Bistro® Blends Shredded Mozzarella & Asiago Cheese with Roasted Garlic
- 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
Directions
- Arrange salad greens on large serving platter. Arrange garbanzo beans, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, turkey and cheese attractively over greens. Drizzle with dressing.
