Cobb Salad Pitas
Ingredients
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 cup diced, cooked chicken or turkey
- 1/3 cup crisply cooked, crumbled bacon or bacon bits
- 1/3 cup Thousand Island or Italian salad dressing
- 4 (6-inch) pita breads, halved
- Romaine or red leaf lettuce leaves
Directions
- Combine cheese, tomato, avocado, chicken, bacon and dressing in medium bowl.
- Open pita breads; line with lettuce leaves and fill with cheese mixture.
